本文作者们用Manchini氏法测定142例各种类型慢性中耳炎患者血清IgG、IgA、IgM含量,并以100例健康人做对照。142例中,男97例,女45例,年龄20~50岁。其中慢性卡他性炎症28例,慢性化脓性炎症56例,中耳粘膜肉芽22例,胆脂瘤14例,胆脂瘤合并肉芽22例。测定结果:慢性卡他性炎症及化脓性感染时,血清IgA增加,其他病理类型均下降,以肉芽型下降明显。IgM含量除卡他性炎症外均明显下降,尤其是胆脂瘤型及化脓性过程下降更明显。IgG含量除卡他性炎症轻度下降外,其他病理类型均升高,以化脓型及肉芽胆脂瘤型升高明显。结果表明:化
The authors used Manchini’s method to determine the serum levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in 142 patients with various types of chronic otitis media and compared them with 100 healthy controls. Of the 142 patients, 97 were males and 45 were females, aged 20 to 50 years. There were 28 cases of chronic catarrhal inflammation, 56 cases of chronic purulent inflammation, 22 cases of middle ear mucosal granulation, 14 cases of cholesteatoma and 22 cases of cholesteatoma complicated with granulation. Measurement results: chronic catarrhal inflammation and purulent infection, serum IgA increased, other pathological types were decreased to granulation-type decreased significantly. IgM content in addition to catarrhal inflammation were significantly decreased, especially in cholesteatoma and suppurative process decreased more significantly. In addition to a slight decrease in the IgG content of catarrhal inflammation, other pathological types were elevated to purulent and granulomatous cholesteatoma type increased significantly. The results show that:
