一换了气缸盖的495柴油机,只工作了十几小时,气门室内就出现了异响,且排气冒烟严重。打开气门罩盖,发现有两只摇臂轴座坏了。当时,误认为摇臂轴座质量不佳,于是便又更换了两个新的装上,但使用时间不长,又旧病复发。进一步检查后发现,气门在关闭状态时,气门弹簧上座与气门导管端之间的距离只有6.5毫米(95系列柴油机的气门升程应为7毫米),这样,气门在最大开度时,气门弹簧上座顶导管,导致摇臂轴座断裂。
