目的:通过对不同储存期去白细胞悬浮红细胞(去白悬红)制备的洗涤红细胞中钾离子浓度(K+)、游离血红蛋白含量(FHb)以及溶血率的检测,了解去白悬红的储存时间对制备洗涤红细胞质量的影响。方法:收集储存期1周(1w组)、2周(2w组)、3周(3w组)、4~5周(4~5w组)的去白悬红各10袋,手工制备成洗涤红细胞,分别于制备后立即(0h)和(4±2)℃保存24h取样测定其K+、FHb,并计算溶血率。结果:洗涤后0h,4组K+含量分别为(0.38±0.04)、(0.44±0.08)、(0.53±0.23)、(0.65±0.20)mmol/L,3w组和4~5w组明显高于1w组、2w组(P<0.05);洗涤后保存24h,各组K+分别为(1.89±0.32)、(1.89±0.60)、(2.02±0.45)、(2.62±0.31)mmol/L,4~5w组明显高于前3组(P<0.05),但均低于人体正常K+上限。无论是洗涤后0h,还是保存24h,FHb、溶血率4~5w组明显高于前3组(P<0.05),。而且4~5w组洗涤红细胞保存24h,FHb为(0.90±0.32)g/L,明显高于国标水平。结论:建议尽量避免使用保存期4~5w的去白悬红制备洗涤红细胞,而且制备好的洗涤红细胞应尽快输注,减少红细胞在生理盐水中的悬浮时间。

Conclusion: It is recommended to avoid the use of preservatives 4 ~ 5w to the preparation of washed red blood cells suspended red, and the prepared washed red blood cells should be infused as soon as possible to reduce the red blood cell suspension time in saline.
