氯羟二苯醚为白色结晶粉末,以丙二醇溶解,再用水稀释制成消毒液。采用载体定量试验法,观察其杀灭微生物效果及影响因素。结果,用含氯羟二苯醚 200 mg/ L的溶液( pH 6.5)对不锈钢片表面金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用 3 min,对白色念珠菌作用 10 min,杀灭率均≥99.95%。杀菌效果因有机物增多、作用温度降低而下降,在消毒液 pH值为 3.0~7.0时无明显变化, pH值为 9.0时明显下降。该剂于 54℃下存放 14 d,杀菌作用无明显变化。
Chlorine diphenyl ether is a white crystalline powder, dissolved in propylene glycol, and then diluted with water to make disinfectant. Carrier quantitative test method was used to observe the effects and influencing factors of killing microorganisms. Results, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were treated with 200 mg / L chlor-diphenyl ether (pH 6.5) for 3 min and Candida albicans for 10 min, the killing rates were both ≥99 .95%. Bactericidal effect due to organic matter increased, the role of temperature decreased and decreased in the disinfectant pH value of 3.0 to 7.0 no significant change in the pH value of 9.0 decreased significantly. The agent stored at 54 ℃ for 14 d, no significant change in bactericidal effect.
