放射工作人员在岗期间定期体检的目的是判断放射工作人员对其工作的适任性和继续适任性,发现就业后某些可能与辐射有关的效应及其他疾病。由于部分受检者随意舍弃检查项目,从而不能全面反映职业人员的健康状况,影响了职业健康监护工作和职业健康检查服务质量。1对象收集2012年度463名在我中心进行在岗体检的医疗机构放射工作人员体检资料,其中男316人、女147人。2结果按照《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》规定检查项目
The purpose of regular physical examinations of radiological staff in their posts is to determine the adequacy and continuing competence of radiological staff in their work and to identify some possible radiological-related effects and other diseases after employment.
