第一章 总则 第一条 为了规范继续盘问工作,保证公安机关依法履行职责和行使权限,维护社会治安秩序,保护公民的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国人民警察法》,制定本规定。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the “People’s Police Law of the People’s Republic of China” in order to standardize the continuous cross-examination of work, ensure the public security organs perform their duties and exercise their powers according to law, safeguard public order and protect the lawful rights and interests of citizens.
