目的分析职业性三氯乙烯(TCE)致药疹样皮炎事故的发生原因并提出防治对策。方法进行现场调查、作业场所空气中TCE浓度检测及临床观察,对接触工人进行职业应急健康检查。结果该企业生产车间布局不合理,所有工种均可接触到TCE,现场采样检测11个点,9个点TCE浓度超过国家卫生标准,最高浓度756mg/m3,超标12倍。作业工人缺乏职业卫生知识及有效的防护措施。少部分工人接触TCE可致药疹样皮炎,伴有发热、淋巴结肿大及肝脏损害等。结论该企业违反《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》是该起事故发生的主要原因。TCE致药疹样皮炎为变态反应性疾病,多在新工人接触初期发生,无明显的剂量-反应关系。
Objective To analyze the causes of occupational trichlorethylene (TCE) -induced dermatitis and propose control strategies. Methods On-site investigation, airborne TCE concentrations in the workplace and clinical observation were conducted to investigate the occupational emergency health status of exposed workers. Results The layout of the workshop was unreasonable. All kinds of workplaces could be exposed to TCE. Eleven samples were detected on site and TCE concentration of 9 spots exceeded the national health standards. The highest concentration was 756 mg / m3, exceeding 12 times of the standard. Workers lack the knowledge of occupational health and effective protective measures. A small number of workers exposed to TCE can cause drug-like dermatitis, accompanied by fever, swollen lymph nodes and liver damage. Conclusion The violation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Occupational Disease Prevention is the main reason for the accident. TCE drug-induced dermatitis dermatitis is an allergic disease, mostly in the early exposure of new workers, no significant dose-response relationship.
