本文建立了检测抗PHSA(多聚人血清白蛋白)的醋纤膜快速酶标电泳法,结果较普通对流免疫电泳法(CEP)敏感。 一、测定方法:将醋纤膜切成3×8cm条,在pH8.6、0.05M巴比妥缓冲液中充分浸湿后,吸去多余缓冲液,架于两极用单层棉布搭桥的电泳槽内。用5.5mm 的3号层析滤纸片浸湿待测血清,贴于阳极端(纸片间隔 1.5~2mm)接通电源,开始以110V电压电泳15分钟(夏季100V即可)。再取2.5~3mm宽的普通滤纸条,均匀浸湿辣根过氧化物酶标记抗原(HRP-PHSA,武汉市七医院产品),贴于醋纤膜
