禁毒文化作为重要的戒毒行为矫正手段,可以通过植入戒毒所内部的环境,转变成瘾人群不良的伦理、道德观念,降低戒毒机构的管理风险,有利于成瘾者个体不良人格的塑造与矫正。推动戒毒所禁毒文化建设的具体方法,可以通过提高利用禁毒文化、构筑社会禁毒软环境的意识,充分积累、储备禁毒文化资源,开展丰富的禁毒文化活动来进行。
