呼吸肌疲劳是呼吸衰竭的重要原因之一。膈肌是主要的呼吸肌,在呼吸衰竭中起重要作用。目前检测膈肌疲劳(DiF)的方法主要有跨膈压和膈肌肌电图(EMGdi)。EMGdi又有食道电极和体表电极两种方法。测定跨膈压和食道电极法EMGdi均需要在食道和胃内放置气囊导管或电极,较难推广。体表电极法EMGdi简便易行,但对其检测DiF的意义尚有争议。本研究对此作初步的探讨。
Respiratory muscle fatigue is one of the major causes of respiratory failure. Diaphragm is the main respiratory muscle, plays an important role in respiratory failure. At present, the methods of detecting diaphragmatic fatigue (DiF) mainly include transthoracic diaphragmatic and diaphragmatic electromyography (EMGdi). EMGdi have esophageal electrodes and body surface electrodes in two ways. Determination of trans diaphragm and esophageal electrode method EMGdi are required in the esophagus and stomach placed balloon catheter or electrode, more difficult to promote. Surface EMGdi electrode method is simple, but the significance of its detection DiF is still controversial. This study made a preliminary discussion of this.
