为了提高铜及其合金的表面抗变色能力,通过正交试验获得了一种含稀土盐的新型的铜及其合金的钝化工艺,经处理后的铜合金表面形成了金黄色的稀土钝化膜.利用硝酸点滴方法对钝化膜耐蚀性进行了表征,并与未加稀土盐的配方进行了对比,结果表明,稀土盐的加入使其耐硝酸性能显著提高.在扫描电镜下可以明显观察到加入稀土盐后合金表面结构变得均匀致密;电子探针分析表明稀土钝化膜的La,O等元素都均匀的分布在膜层表面.
In order to improve the surface anti-discoloration ability of copper and its alloys, a new passivation process of rare earth salt-containing copper and its alloys was obtained by orthogonal test. The golden yellow rare earth passivation was formed on the surface of the treated copper alloy The corrosion resistance of passivation film was characterized by nitric acid drip method and compared with that of non-added rare earth salt.The results show that the addition of rare earth salt can significantly improve the resistance to nitric acid, which is obvious under the scanning electron microscope It was observed that the surface structure of the alloy became uniform and compact after addition of rare earth salt.
