以3份新疆芜菁为试材,观察其不同发育时期花蕾的细胞学和形态学变化,探讨了小孢子的发育时期与花器官形态特征之间存在的密切关系。结果表明:不同芜菁材料小孢子不同发育时期的花蕾纵径、花蕾横径、花蕾纵横比、花药长、花药纵横比、花瓣长、瓣药比等均存在显著性差异,其中花蕾横径、花蕾纵横比、花瓣长、瓣药比均适合作为不同材料花蕾取样的参考指标,花蕾取材适期的参考指标为花蕾横径1.936 6~2.153 7mm,花蕾纵横比1.419 4~1.646 6,花瓣长1.353 6~1.932 3mm,瓣药比1.271 3~1.892 3。
Three Chinese turnip cultivars were used as materials to observe the cytology and morphological changes of flower buds at different developmental stages. The close relationship between microspore developmental stages and floral organ morphological characteristics was also discussed. The results showed that there were significant differences in flower bud diameter, flower bud diameter, flower bud length and width, anther length, anther aspect ratio, petal length and petal drug ratio at different development stages of microspore. Aspect ratio of flower buds, petal length and petal drug ratio were all suitable as reference indexes for buds sampling of different materials. The reference indexes of buds suitable for budding were bud diameter of 1.936 6 ~ 2.153 7mm, flower bud aspect ratio of 1.419 4 ~ 1.646 6, petal length of 1.353 6 ~ 1.932 3mm, valve ratio 1.271 3 ~ 1.892 3.
