和谐课堂,就是指“坚持以人为本,使教育的各因素相互依存、相互促进、协调合作,形成完美的教学生态,使课堂教学在民主、平等、主动、扎实、有效等方面达到和谐发展从而促进学生自我评价、自我激励、自我成长、自我完善.”新课程需要和谐课堂.如何构建和谐课堂,已成为当前教师要解决的首要问题.结合新课程标准和我多年化学教学实践,个人认为,和谐课堂的构建应从整体着手,兼顾各个方面,下面就从其中的三个方面来进行阐述.
