我校物理教研室电子显徽鏡組,現在拥有国产DX—3A型扫描电子显微鏡(SEM)和日立HU—11型透射电子显微鏡(TEM)各一台。SEM是科学仪器厂1979年的产品,其限分辨率为100(?),最高加速电压为30KV,最高放大倍数可达10万倍。TEM是日立1962年的产品,其最佳分辨率为10(?)左右,最高加速电压为100KV,最高放大倍数可达30万倍。近一年来,电鏡工作正常。为此,他們自己利用这两台仪器搞了一些科研工作,如在SEM上观察Kossel象和X光透視象,改装成功阴极发光装置,并在TEM上观察了MoO_3晶体的相变过程和特殊衬变条紋。他們还分別与我校的磁学、发光专业,无机化学、分析化学
