目的:评价在心脏跳动下修补小儿室间隔缺损的可行性。方法:在心脏跳动下修补1～5岁室间隔缺损63例。结果:63例手术顺利,无气栓等并发症,均痊愈出院。结论:在心脏跳动下小儿室间隔缺损修补术具有良好的手术效果,采取适当的措施可确保手术的安全性。 Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of repairing pediatric ventricular septal defect under beating heart. Methods: 63 cases of ventricular septal defect aged 1 to 5 years under cardiac beating were repaired. Results: Sixty-three cases were successful and no complications such as air embolism were found. All cases were cured and discharged. CONCLUSION: Pediatric ventricular septal defect repair under cardiac beating has good surgical results and appropriate measures can be taken to ensure the safety of surgery.
