在大厚度湿陷性黄土场地,对黄土湿陷性进行处理以达到地基设计承载力要求是必须的。在工程实例中拟采用两种地基处理方案:一是先对湿陷性地基土进行强夯处理来提高地基承载力,再采用桩基础穿越全部湿陷性黄土层,将荷载传至下部压缩性极低的非湿陷性黄土地层上;二是仅采用桩基础来消除地基湿陷性的影响。对两种地基处理方案进行对比评价表明:本例中采用方案一更为合理、经济。
