Construction sites in some European countries have basically achieved “three changes.” Compared with other industries, construction engineering is not a labor-intensive industry, although it is not technically operated and is mostly open-air operations. On the construction site, the accommodation capacity of the labor force, as well as suffering, dirtyness, and tiredness, have been minimized. There is simply no way to see a large number of peasant workers who are chilling, and there is no such speed of “Great Leap Forward” as they are in China. They always follow the plan. Ascend and make a sunset. The roads that enter the construction site and the site are all paved with gravel or small concrete blocks. There is no dirt on the access roads, and there will be no dirt.
