利用光学金相、透射电子显微分析以及极图分析的方法对Zn-4%A1合金超塑性拉伸变形的微观过程进行了研究。结果表明:晶界滑动是该合金超塑性变形的主要机制;晶界扩散、位错滑移为协调晶界滑动的机制;在较高变形量下位错滑移也直接参与变形。
The microscopic process of superplastic tensile deformation of Zn-4% A1 alloy was studied by means of optical metallography, transmission electron microscopy and pole figure analysis. The results show that the grain boundary sliding is the main mechanism of the superplastic deformation. The grain boundary diffusion and dislocation slip are the mechanisms that coordinate the grain boundary sliding. The dislocation slip also directly participates in the deformation under the high deformation.
