目的探讨正常参试者双侧大脑半球间三个注意网络效率是否具有偏侧化。方法运用偏侧化注意网络实验范式,分析48个正常参试者的双侧视野的定向、警觉、执行控制网络效率。结果在定向网络功能上,右侧视野的平均反应时间比左侧的长(t=-2.861,P<0.05),反应错误率也比左侧高(t=-2.408,P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义;在执行控制网络功能上,左右侧视野的平均反应时间和反应错误率比较,差异无统计学意义;在警觉网络功能上,左右侧视野的平均反应时间和反应错误率差异无统计学意义。结论正常被试左侧大脑半球在定向功能上占优势,而执行控制和警觉功能在双侧大脑半球无差异。
Objective To investigate whether the network efficiency of three attentional hemispheres in normal subjects is lateralized. Methods By using the lateralized attention network experimental paradigm, the orientation, alertness and efficiency of the control network of 48 normal subjects were analyzed. Results The average response time of the right visual field was longer than that of the left visual field (t = -2.861, P <0.05), and the error rate of the response was higher than that of the left (t = -2.408, P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the performance of control network between the average response time and the response error rate in the left and right field of view. In the function of alertness network, the average response time and the error rate of error in left and right field of view were different No statistical significance. Conclusion The hemisphere of the left hemisphere of the normal subjects predominates in the directional function, while the executive control and vigilance functions are indistinguishable in the bilateral hemispheres.
