目的分析甘肃省秦安县安伏乡朱峡村防病改水前后地方性氟中毒的调查结果,了解该村改水后氟骨症患者的病情改善情况。方法对2007年防病改水前饮用高氟水时查出的、经X线拍片确诊并记录在档的47例氟骨症患者,2012年在防病改水经过饮用5年低氟水后,再次进行调查和X线复查。结果复查的2007年检出的41例氟骨症患者(男31例、女16例,年龄最小38岁、最大67岁)饮用5年低氟水后,根据氟骨症病情改善效果判定标准,35例患者的病情有了改善,总有效率为85.4%;其中痊愈5例,占12.2%,显效9例,占22.0%,有效21例,占51.2%,无效6例,占14.6%;各型各度X线征象改善20例,占48.8%;痊愈和显效者均为50岁以下患者。结论秦安县安伏乡朱峡村的41例氟骨症患者,在饮用了5年低氟水后,氟骨症病情有了明显改善,其根本原因是改饮低氟水后,氟的摄入量减少,使受损的骨组织得到一定的恢复;饮用高氟水的时间越长、年龄越大,病情越难改善;在饮用低氟水的同时,投服药物,并加强营养,食用多样食品,坚持预防为主,更能巩固治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the survey results of endemic fluorosis before and after prevention and treatment of water diseases in Zhuxia Village, An Fu Township, Qin’an County, Gansu Province, and to understand the condition improvement of patients with skeletal fluorosis after water diversion in this village. Methods A total of 47 patients with skeletal fluorosis who were diagnosed by fluoroscopy and diagnosed by X-ray film in 2007 when drinking high-fluoride water before disease-prevention and water reforming were treated. Among them, 5 cases were cured, accounting for 12.2%, 9 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 22.0%, 21 were effective, accounting for 51.2%, 6 were ineffective, accounting for 14.6% Type X-ray signs of each degree of improvement in 20 cases, accounting for 48.8%; cured and markedly effective in patients under 50 years of age. Conclusion 41 cases of skeletal fluorosis patients at Zhu Xia Village, An Fu Township, Qin’an County, had a significant improvement in the condition of skeletal fluorosis after drinking low-grade fluoride water for five years.
