长江上游是我国滑坡泥石流灾害最为严重的地区,在长江上游水土保持重点防治区建设滑坡泥石流预测预警系统具有重要意义.长江上游水土保持重点防治区滑坡泥石流预测预警系统于近年完成了建设改造,对其功能架构与运行管理体系进行了研究,并重点对系统采用的关键技术进行了分析,探讨了滑坡泥石流预测预警技术理论依据.选取甘肃舟曲县泄流坡滑坡预警点与四川宁南县后山泥石流预警点的预测预警分析结果作为应用实例,以验证系统的预测预警方案与分析结果.系统的建设成果证明,长江上游水土保持重点防治区滑坡泥石流预测预警系统具有先进性、综合性、实用性,具有重要指导作用与较大推广应用价值.
