以同一批次栽培的蛹虫草子座为试验材料,通过对材料实施不同处理方法,分析其内虫草素和腺苷药物成分的变化规律。实验结果表明,蛹虫草鲜品子座在干燥过程中采用低温冷冻干燥是保留虫草内在有效药物成分的最佳方法,采用55℃的烘干是大批量处理鲜虫草的理想温度,对于蛹虫草干品而言,其样品中虫草素的含量随处理温度的升高表现出明显的下降趋势,腺苷作为生物活性物质并未表现出随处理温度升高而降低的预期规律,应该继续通过实验求证。实验初步结论对蛹虫草干燥、保藏和加工具有一定的指导意义。

The experimental results show that the best method for preserving the intrinsic effective drug components of Cordyceps militaris is to use low-temperature freeze-drying of Cordyceps militaris. The content of cordycepin in the sample showed a significant downward trend with the increase of the treatment temperature. As a bioactive substance, adenosine did not show the expected rule of decreasing with the increase of the treatment temperature, and should continue to be verified by experiments . Preliminary conclusions of the experiment on Cordyceps militaris drying, preservation and processing has a certain significance.
