目的对深圳市镍镉电池行业职业病危害特征和卫生防护效果进行调查,为防控职业病危害提供依据。方法通过卫生学调查、职业病危害因素监测和职业健康检查等方法确定其危害性,并评价其防护效果。结果该行业存在镍、镉、钴、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环己酮、二氯乙烷、噪声和射频辐射等职业病危害因素,工作场所除镉和噪声外,其他职业病危害因素基本符合国家职业卫生标准,接触人员职业健康检查未发现职业病或疑似职业病。结论该行业属于职业病危害严重的企业,现行的职业病危害防护设施尚未完全达到防护效果,需定期进行职业卫生培训和加强职业卫生管理。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of occupational hazards and the protective effect of health protection in Shenzhen nickel-cadmium battery industry, and provide the basis for prevention and control of occupational hazards. Methods Through the methods of hygiene investigation, monitoring of occupational hazards and occupational health examination, the harmfulness was determined and the protective effect was evaluated. Results Occupational hazards such as nickel, cadmium, cobalt, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, benzene, toluene, xylene, cyclohexanone, dichloroethane, noise and radio frequency radiation were present in the industry. Cadmium and noise were not present in the workplace . Other occupational hazards were basically in line with the national occupational health standards. No occupational diseases or suspected occupational diseases were found in the occupational health examination of the contact personnel. Conclusion The industry belongs to enterprises with serious occupational hazards. The current occupational hazard protection facilities have not yet reached the full protective effect. Occupational health training and occupational health management are required regularly.
