At a time when state-owned enterprises are becoming more market-oriented, it is even more necessary to attach importance to the development of human resources in order to maintain the competitive advantages, leading position and vitality of enterprises of the old state-owned enterprises. As the largest oil field in China, Daqing Oilfield plays a crucial role in its production efficiency. The employees are the capital for the survival and development of Daqing Oilfield. The overall quality of the staff determines its competitiveness. Therefore, the establishment of employee training system is of great significance to the development of the gas production branch in Daqing Oilfield.
