一、引言在平炉炼钢过程中,为了去除钢中的杂质,氧是不可缺少的元素,但是,在精炼末期除了炼制做深压用途的沸腾钢,需要适当的氧量维持模内良好沸腾外,氧却是不需要的。可以认为氧又是钢中的有害元素。钢中含氧所引起的缺陷是: 1)破坏钢的组织,降低钢的机械强度; 2)增加钢中氧化物夹杂。归根结底是钢的质量问题,所以在实际操作中钢中含氧量的控制应该被认为是炼钢作业中的主要任务
I. INTRODUCTION Oxygen is an indispensable element for the removal of impurities in steel during open hearth steelmaking. However, in the late stage of refining, in addition to the boiling steel used for deep-pressure refining, proper oxygen amount is required to maintain good in-mold boiling Oxygen is not needed. Oxygen can be considered harmful elements in steel. The defects caused by oxygen in the steel are: 1) Destruction of the steel structure, reducing the mechanical strength of the steel; 2) Increasing the oxide inclusions in the steel. In the final analysis is the quality of steel, so in practice the control of oxygen in steel should be considered as the main task in the steelmaking operations
