目的:研究营养支持对老年重症胰腺炎的治疗作用。方法:选择25例术后老年重症胰腺炎患者随机分成传统补液组(对照组)和肠内外营养支持组(治疗组),观察病死率和疗效。结果:①病死率对照组为66.67%,治疗组为25.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②2组死亡病例术后平均存活时间对照组为(3.33±2.34)天,治疗组为(16.75±9.92)天,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。③2组严重并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:营养支持可降低老年重症胰腺炎的病死率,延长死亡病例术后伴严重并发症的存活时间,为进一步救治提供了时间和机会。
Objective: To study the effect of nutritional support on the treatment of severe pancreatitis in the elderly. Methods: Twenty-five elderly patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into conventional rehydration group (control group) and enteral nutrition group (treatment group), and mortality and efficacy were observed. Results: ① The mortality was 66.67% in the control group and 25.00% in the treatment group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). ② The average postoperative survival time in the two groups was (3.33 ± 2.34) days in the control group and (16.75 ± 9.92) days in the treatment group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05 ). ③ There was no significant difference in the incidence of serious complications between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Nutritional support can reduce the mortality of severe pancreatitis in elderly patients and prolong the survival time of patients with severe complications associated with death, providing time and opportunity for further treatment.
