高管团队处于企业与利益相关者联系的关键位置,是企业社会责任决策和执行的中心,对企业社会责任履行具有重要影响。文章以2011~2014年我国A股主板上市公司为研究样本,采用润灵环球社会责任评分,分析了高管团队异质性对企业社会责任履行水平的影响。研究发现,高管团队性别、教育水平异质性与企业社会责任履行水平正相关,年龄异质性与企业社会责任履行水平负相关,任期异质性与企业社会责任履行水平没有显著的相关关系。
The senior management team is in the key position of the enterprise and stakeholder contact, is the center of corporate social responsibility decision-making and implementation, and has an important impact on the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. Taking the listed companies of A-share listed companies in China from 2011 to 2014 as the research sample, this paper analyzes the impact of the heterogeneity of senior management team on the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility by using Run Global Social Responsibility Scoring. The study found that the heterogeneity of senior management team is positively related to the level of corporate social responsibility performance, age heterogeneity is negatively correlated with the level of corporate social responsibility performance, and there is no significant correlation between tenure heterogeneity and corporate social responsibility performance level .
