元认知策略的应用能使学生成为具备终身学习能力的自主学习者。结合对独立学院学生特点及英语学习状况的分析,探讨了在元认知策略理论指导下,如何激发学生自主学习意识,培养自主学习能力,提高英语学习成效的方法。
The application of metacognitive strategies enables students to become autonomous learners with lifelong learning abilities. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of independent college students and their English learning, this paper explores how to stimulate students’ autonomous learning awareness, develop their autonomous learning ability and improve their English learning effectiveness under the guidance of metacognitive strategy theory.
