目的:探讨β-catenin在卵巢子宫内膜异位症在位及异位子宫内膜间质细胞的表达及意义。方法:体外分离、纯化及培养OEms患者在位、异位和对照组子宫内膜间质细胞,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测上述各组细胞中β-catenin的表达水平。结果:分离得到的内膜间质细胞纯度达95%以上。卵巢子宫内膜异位症在位内膜、异位内膜和对照组中β-catenin的IOD值分别为(0.672±0.07)、(0.351±0.029)和(0.184±0.020),各组间均有统计学差异(F=27.68,P<0.01)。结论:Wnt/μ-catenin信号通路可能在卵巢子宫内膜异位症发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of β-catenin in eutopic and ectopic endometrial stromal cells of ovarian endometriosis. Methods: Eutopic and ectopic endometrial stromal cells of OEms patients were isolated, purified and cultured in vitro. The expression of β-catenin in each group was detected by RT-PCR . Results: The purity of isolated endometrial stromal cells was more than 95%. The IOD values of β-catenin in eutopic and ectopic endometrium and control group were (0.672 ± 0.07), (0.351 ± 0.029) and (0.184 ± 0.020), respectively There was a significant difference (F = 27.68, P <0.01). Conclusion: Wnt / μ-catenin signaling pathway may play an important role in the occurrence and development of ovarian endometriosis.
