返回法精炼锡青铜工艺研究

传统铸造锡青铜熔炼工艺难于满足高端产品对材料力学性能和砂型铸造工艺的要求,为此探索出新的返回法精炼铸造锡青铜工艺,其具有以下特点:一是在熔炼过程中减少了氧化锌、氧化锡、氧化铜及氧化铅的络合物形成;二是在精炼后期通过还原反应从产生的络合物(熔渣)再还原回铜合金,提高了铜合金的收得率;三是将高密度的包容体熔渣还原成低密度的氧化物熔渣上浮至铜液表面,净化了铜合金熔液。与传统铸造锡青铜熔炼工艺比较通过返回法精炼的铜液更纯净,材料有更好的力学性能。 Traditional cast tin bronze melting process is difficult to meet the high-end products on the mechanical properties of materials and sand casting process requirements, to explore a new return method refining cast bronze process, which has the following characteristics: First, reducing the melting process of zinc oxide , Tin oxide, copper oxide and lead oxide complex formation; the second is through the reduction reaction in the late stage from the resulting complex (slag) and then restore back to the copper alloy, increased copper alloy yield; Third is The high-density inclusions slag reduced to low-density oxide slag floating to the copper liquid surface, purifying the copper alloy melt. Compared with the traditional casting tin bronze melting process, the copper solution refined by the return method is more pure, the material has better mechanical properties.
