Niclosamide is a fast and efficient molluscicide on flat snail and bladder snail. The effective concentration in laboratory is 0.2 ~ 0.5 mg / l, and the practical concentration is 1 mg / l. This article studies the sub-lethal concentration of niclosamide on Schistosoma mansoni cercaria infectivity. A total of three experiments were made. First, in order to select the sublethal concentrations used in the following experiments, the effects of different concentrations of niclosamide on cercariae activity and viability were tested. The results showed that 0.2 ~ 1.0 mg / L concentration of lethal to cercariae. Cercariae contact with this concentration of 5 to 20 minutes to stop activities and death.
