目的 :获取哈萨克族人脑室CT测量值年龄组变化的资料。材料与方法 :选择哈萨克族正常头部CT片 2 0 0例 ,男 10 0例 ,女 10 0例 ,年龄范围 2 0~ 69岁。将头部CT片分为五个年龄组 ,即 2 0~ 2 9岁 ,3 0~ 3 9岁 ,40~ 49岁 ,5 0~ 5 9岁 ,60~ 69岁组及A组和B组。把各年龄组五项脑室CT测量数据分别输入计算机 ,计算出各年龄组脑室的平均值和标准差 ,并进行多个年龄组间两样本均数的比较及t检验。结果 :2 0~ 2 9组侧脑室前角的平均值比 3 0~ 3 9岁组的大 ,经显著性检验 ,两组均值之间存在高度显著性差异 ,即 2 0~ 2 9岁组侧脑室前角明显大于 3 0~ 3 9岁组。 3 0~ 69岁这四个年龄组五项脑室的CT测量值相比较 ,仅侧脑室脉胳丛球间距离无显著差异外 ,其余四项脑室均存在高度显著性差异 ,(t>1 96和 2 5 8,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 0 1)。即 60~ 69岁组四项脑室相比较 ,其测量值B组均比A组的大 ,经显著性检验 ,仅侧脑室脉胳纵球间距离无显著性差异 ,即B组四项脑室明显大于A组。结论 :五项脑室CT测量值在 3 0~ 69岁四个年龄组中均是随年龄的增长而增加的 ,5 0岁以后增加最为明显 ,提示 5 0岁以后脑萎缩的进程明显加快
OBJECTIVE: To obtain information on the age-group changes in CT measurements of Kazakhs. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two hundred and ten cases of normal Kazakh head CT were selected. There were 100 males and 100 females, aged from 20 to 69 years old. The CT images of the head were divided into five age groups, 20 to 29 years old, 30 to 39 years old, 40 to 49 years old, 50 to 59 years old, 60 to 69 years old group, and A and B groups . The five ventricular CT measurement data of each age group were input into the computer to calculate the mean and standard deviation of the ventricles in each age group. The comparison of two sample mean and t-test between multiple age groups was performed. Results: The mean of anterior lateral horn of lateral ventricle in 20 ~ 29 groups was larger than that in 30 ~ 39 years old group. Significantly, there was a highly significant difference between the two groups The anterior horn of the lateral ventricle was significantly larger than the 30 ~ 39 group. Comparing the CT measurements of the five ventricles between the age groups of 0 ~ 69 years old, there were highly significant differences in the other four ventricles (t> 1 96 And 2 5 8, P <0 0 1, P <0 0 0 1). That is, 60 to 69-year-old group of four ventricle compared to the measured value of B group were larger than the A group, significant test, only the distance between the lateral ventricle pulse longitudinal ball was no significant difference, that B group four ventricles significantly Greater than A group. CONCLUSIONS: The five ventricular CT measurements increased with age in all age groups between 30 and 69 years old, with the most significant increase after 50 years of age, suggesting a marked acceleration of brain atrophy after 50 years of age
