目的:研究香连丸有效部位对葡聚糖硫酸钠(dextran sulfate sodium,DSS)和20%乙醇联合诱导小鼠急性期溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的治疗作用。方法:建立DSS和20%乙醇联合诱导的小鼠急性期UC模型,ig给予香连丸有效部位(0.292,0.584,1.168 g·kg-1),观察各组小鼠的一般状态、疾病活动指数、结肠性状、结肠组织病理学变化,进行疾病活动指数评分(disease activity index,DAI)、测定各鼠结肠长度质量比、脾脏系数、血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:香连丸有效部位能显著改善结肠炎小鼠的一般状态,改善结肠的性状,减轻其结肠组织病理学损伤,降低其血清中MDA的含量。结论:香连丸有效部位对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎有较好的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of the effective fractions of Xianglian Pill on acute colitis (UC) induced by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) and 20% ethanol in mice. Methods: Acute UC model induced by DSS and 20% ethanol was established. The effective site of Xianglian Pills (0.292,0.584,1.168 g · kg-1) was given by ig, and the general status, disease activity index , Colonic tracts and histopathological changes. The disease activity index (DAI) was measured. The colon length mass ratio, spleen coefficient and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were determined. Results: The effective site of Xianglian Pill can significantly improve the general state of colitis mice, improve the colonic traits, reduce the colonic histopathological damage and reduce the content of MDA in serum. Conclusion: The effective site of Xianglian Pill has good therapeutic effect on mouse ulcerative colitis.
