中新网12月30日电据环保部网站消息,环境保护部会同国家质检总局发布了《水泥工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 4915-2013)、《水泥窑协同处置固体废物污染控制标准》(GB 30485-2013)及其配套的《水泥窑协同处置固体废物环境保护技术规范》(HJ662-2013)等3项标准,以及《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》等6项有色金属行业排放标准修改单,增设了大气污染物特别排放限值。
