目的:探讨经筋刺法联合温针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果。方法:抽取2018年4月至2019年12月于河南神火集团职工总医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者78例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组39例。所有患者均接受基础治疗、康复训练及温针灸治疗，观察组在此基础上联合实施经筋刺法治疗，10 d为一疗程，均治疗3个疗程。分别于治疗前及治疗3个疗程后，使用改良Ashworth法评估两组肌张力变化并进行比较。使用改良Lindmark评分表评估两组手精细动作运动协调能力与感觉功能变化并进行比较。使用量角器测量两组患者患侧手关节活动度并进行比较，使用Barthel指数评分法评估两组日常生活能力变化并进行比较。结果:治疗3个疗程后，观察组肌张力改善效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)；两组运动协调能力评分、感觉功能评分及总分较治疗前升高，且观察组运动协调能力评分、感觉功能评分及总分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程后，两组手关节活动度大于治疗前，日常生活能力评分高于治疗前，且观察组手关节活动度、日常生活能力评分大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者经筋刺法联合温针灸治疗效果显著，可明显改善患者的肌张力，增强手精细动作运动协调能力与感觉功能，提高患侧的手关节活动度及日常生活能力。“,”Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of sinew meridians acupuncture therapy combined with warm acupuncture on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 78 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in Henan Shenhuo Group Staff General Hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected. And they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. All patients received basic treatment, rehabilitation training and warm acupuncture. On this basis, patients in observation group were treated with sinew meridians acupuncture. For all patients, every 10 days was a course of treatment, and all of them were treated for 3 courses. Before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment, the changes of muscle tension in the two groups were evaluated and compared by modified Ashworth method. The improved Lindmark scale was used to evaluate and compare the hand fine motor coordination ability and sensory function of the two groups. The range of motion of the hand joint of the affected side was measured by a goniometer, and compared between the two groups. The changes of daily activity were evaluated by Barthel index, and were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 courses of treatment, the improvement of muscle tension in the observation group was better than that in the control group (n P<0.05); the motor coordination ability score, sensory function score, and total score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment (n P<0.05); and the motor coordination ability score, sensory function score, and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (n P<0.05). After 3 courses of treatment, the activity of hand joint and score of daily activity in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Sinew meridians acupuncture therapy combined with warm acupuncture has a significant effect on patients with hemiplegia after stroke, which can significantly improve the muscle tension of patients, enhance the fine motor coordination ability and sensory function of hands, and can improve the activity of hand joint and the ability of daily activity of the affected side.
