目的:探讨全麻与全麻复合硬膜外阻滞麻醉对胃癌根治术后病人疼痛程度的影响。方法:根据麻醉方案法将82例胃癌根治术患者分为对照组(全麻)42例与研究组(全麻+硬膜外阻滞麻醉)40例。通过Prince-Henry疼痛评分法对两组患者术后6h、12h、18h、24h、48h的疼痛情况进行对比。结果:研究组术后6h、12h、18h、24h、48h时Prince-Henry疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全麻复合硬膜外阻滞麻醉能够有效降低行胃癌根治术患者术后的疼痛程度,效果确切,安全可靠,是十分理想的胃癌根治术麻醉方案,值得临床应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of general anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on the degree of pain in patients after radical gastrectomy. Methods: According to the protocol of anesthesia, 82 patients with radical resection of gastric cancer were divided into control group (general anesthesia) 42 cases and study group (general anesthesia + epidural block anesthesia) 40 cases. The Prince-Henry pain score was used to compare the pain scores at 6h, 12h, 18h, 24h, 48h after surgery in both groups. Results: The scores of Prince-Henry pain in study group at 6h, 12h, 18h, 24h and 48h after operation were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: General anesthesia combined with epidural block anesthesia can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy, the effect is exact, safe and reliable, which is a very ideal anesthesia for radical gastrectomy and is worth clinical application.
