为了比较棉花种子耐盐能力,在室内控制条件下,研究了盐浓度对4个长绒棉品种新海16号、新海17号、新海20号、新海21号种子发芽势、发芽率、盐害程度的影响。结果表明,随NaCl溶液浓度的升高,不同长绒棉品种的种子吸水量逐渐减少,发芽势和发芽率逐渐降低。4个长绒棉品种种子电解质相对渗漏率存在较大差别,其中新海20号和新海21号在高盐条件下的相对渗漏率较高,反映出它们的细胞质膜的稳定性存在差别。新海17号种皮中的Na+含量远远高于其它3个品种,随着盐浓度的增加,Na+含量增加,在同一盐浓度下新海17号种子中Na+含量最高。新海16号在200 mmol/L NaCl水平下的相对发芽势和萌发率均显著高于其他品种;新海17号在300 mmol/L NaCl水平下的萌发率显著高于其他品种。通过上述结果可以认为新海17号、新海16号种子萌发阶段的耐盐性较强,而新海21号、新海20号较差。
In order to compare the salt tolerance of cotton seed, under the indoor control conditions, the effects of salt concentration on the germination potential, germination rate, salt damage degree of 4 long-staple cotton varieties Xinhai 16, Xinhai 17, Xinhai 20 and Xinhai 21 were studied. Under the same salt concentration, Na + content of Xinhai 17 seed was the highest. The relative germination energy and germination rate of Xinhai 16 at 200 mmol / L NaCl were significantly higher than those of other cultivars. The germination rate of Xinhai 17 at 300 mmol / L NaCl was significantly higher than that of other cultivars. According to the above results, it can be concluded that the salt tolerance of Xinhai 17 and Xinhai 16 during seed germination was stronger than that of Xinhai 21 and Xinhai 20.
