目的研究七味开心颗粒抗抑郁作用。方法采用小鼠强迫游泳实验、小鼠悬尾实验、拮抗利血平所致的抑郁症状实验,研究七味开心颗粒的抗抑郁作用。结果七味开心颗粒能使小鼠悬尾不动时间和小鼠强迫游泳不动时间显著缩短(P<0.05);显著拮抗利血平所致的体温下降作用和小鼠眼睑下垂及运动不能的作用(P<0.05)。结论七味开心颗粒有抗抑郁的作用。
Objective To study the antidepressant effect of Qiwei Happy Granules. Methods The anti-depressant effect of Qiwei Happy Granules was studied by the mice forced swimming test, mouse tail-suspended experiment, and depressive symptoms induced by antagonistic reserpine. Results Qiwei Kaixin granules could significantly shorten the immobility time of mice and the immobility time of forced swimming in mice (P<0.05); significantly antagonize the effects of reserpine-induced body temperature decrease and mouse eyelid ptosis and exercise inability. (P<0.05). Conclusion Qiwei Happy Granules have antidepressant effect.
