针对航空发动机整机测振各环节中的关键问题,对传感器位置信号正交变换、特征参数选择、限制值选定等问题进行分析。提出了可实现2支不垂直安装的传感器所测振动信号的正交化转换的算法,并利用转子试验器验证了算法的实用性;提出了发动机振动特征参数选择算法,并针对算法工程实用性进行了分析;研究了特征参数限制值的统计方法,采用“概率相等法”进行了实例说明。经分析和验证表明:所提出的算法正确,结果可靠,具有明确的物理意义,能够直接应用于发动机整机振动分析。
Aiming at the key problems in the vibration measurement of aeroengine, this paper analyzes the problems such as the orthogonal transformation of the sensor position signal, the selection of the characteristic parameters and the selection of the limit value. The algorithm of orthogonalization of vibration signals measured by two sensors which are not installed vertically is put forward and the practicality of the algorithm is validated by the rotor tester. The algorithm for selecting the parameters of the vibration characteristics of the engine is proposed. Analyzed the statistical method of the characteristic parameter limit value, and used “Probability Equal Method” to illustrate the example. The analysis and verification show that the proposed algorithm is correct, the result is reliable and has definite physical meaning, which can be directly applied to the vibration analysis of engine.
