高速旋转的锤切机锤片给揉切叶以粉碎性打击,打击所产生的反作用力将传递到销轴上,使机器零件受到打击载荷,引起震动,产生有害影响。锤切机锤片具有与销轴孔轴线垂直的对称平面,重心在对称平面上,且碰撞冲量的作用方向垂直于重心销轴孔中心的连线。根据理论力学可知,锤片上存在撞击中心,当碰撞冲量垂直于悬挂销轴中心到重心的连线并通过撞击中心时,悬挂销轴不受由碰撞而引起的碰撞反力。锤切机锤片的形状有多种,其中长方形锤片应用得较多。如图所示,长方形锤片的打击点在外端K点,以K点作撞击中心,可求得锤片上销轴孔的位置。由理论力学可知,锤片撞击中心必须满足:
