Based on the relationship between the trunk flow and tree transpiration, the TDP thermal diffusion probe method was used to continuously monitor the stems of the sun and shady surfaces of Siberian spruce of different diameters in the Kanas National Nature Reserve in Xinjiang. Flow, clear different sizes of trees in the participation of forest water cycle in the role and differences. The results showed that: from June to September, the seasonal variation of sap flow in spruce (Siberian spruce) showed a multi-peak curve, and the start-up time and the peak time of the flowering of the same- The maximum sap flow rate in the trunk of the large and small diameter trunk was 1.45 times and 1.19 times higher than that in the negative side, respectively. The total liquid flux of the large diameter Siberian spruce in the growing season was 5 97490 kg and diameter of 62871 kg respectively. The diurnal variation of sap flow in sunny days was multimodal and unimodal in cloudy days. The flow of small diameter Siberian spruce continued to exist in larger diameter The nighttime flow under different weather conditions is mainly used for nighttime replenishment of the tree itself. The nighttime flow rates of the large-diameter and the small-diameter Siberian spruce sunburst and shadeless noodles are respectively 1.49 and 1.23 times of the sunny days and 1.13,1.20 times. The results show that the main factors that affect the diurnal variation of Siberian spruce trunk flow are temperature, vapor pressure, photosynthetically active radiation, soil temperature, humidity and wind speed.
