2008年1~2月郁南县出现历史罕见的低温冷害过程,通过分析1~2月份大气环流特征,发现在1月,乌拉尔山地区威势高度场异常偏高、中亚至蒙古国西部直到俄罗斯远东地区位势高度场偏低的环流异常持续时间很长,有利于冷空气不断分裂南下;分析还表明,拉尼娜事件[1]、逆温层加强、南支槽活跃等也是造成此次低温冷害的主要原因。
From January to February 2008, Yunan County experienced a history of rare low temperature chilling injury.
