基于主成分分析算法的电子产品有害物质分析测评系统设计的主要目的是能为出口企业的产品质检人员和检验检疫机构的检验人员提供相应电子产品的主要成分污染等级信息。利用Visual Studio 2010设计开发电子产品有毒有害物质分析测评系统,该系统具有新版Ro HS指令解析、主成分分析评估、电子产品有害物质评价体系为一体的综合功能。重点是结合电子产品有毒有害物质评价指标体系,应用主成分分析建立分析模型,对电子产品有毒有害物质进行综合评价,确定主要影响因素。
The main purpose of the system design of harmful substances analysis and evaluation system for electronic products based on principal component analysis algorithm is to provide the quality inspection personnel of export enterprises and the inspectors of inspection and quarantine institutions with the pollution level information of the main components of the corresponding electronic products. Visual Studio 2010 is used to design and develop the electronic product toxic and hazardous substance analysis and evaluation system. The system has the integrated function of the new version of Ro HS instruction analysis, principal component analysis and evaluation, and the electronic product hazardous substance evaluation system. The key point is to combine the evaluation index system of toxic and hazardous substances in electronic products, establish the analytical model by principal component analysis, make a comprehensive evaluation on the toxic and harmful substances of electronic products and determine the main influencing factors.
