High school physics is an abstract subject, therefore, it is necessary to adopt active and effective teaching methods to help senior high school students master the learning rules and scientific thinking of physics and promote students’ understanding and application of knowledge. The problem teaching method is applied in physics classroom. The students think about the problems, strengthen the ability of self-exploration and problem solving, cultivate students’ innovative thinking, conform to the heuristic teaching concept and help to construct an effective high school physics classroom teaching.
