免疫组织化学法在淋巴管研究中的应用

目的 用免疫组织化学法区别人小肠组织的血管和淋巴管。方法 先用未标记的特异性抗体与标本中相应抗原反应 ,再用抗特异性抗体的酶标记抗体与结合在抗原上的抗体反应来鉴别淋巴管和血管的分布。结果 光镜下血管和淋巴管对纤维连接蛋白都呈阳性反应 ,使血管壁和淋巴管壁呈棕色。而对Ⅳ型胶原蛋白的反应血管呈阳性 ,血管壁呈现连续的深褐色 ;淋巴管却反应弱或无 ,不显示褐色 ,只显示复染后的颜色 ,即细胞核呈蓝色 ,内皮细胞质呈淡灰色。结论 此法可以客观地鉴别血管和淋巴管 Objective To differentiate the blood vessels and lymphatic vessels of human intestinal tissue by immunohistochemistry. The method uses the unlabeled specific antibody to react with the corresponding antigen in the sample, and then the enzyme-labeled antibody of the specific antibody reacts with the antibody bound to the antigen to identify the distribution of lymphatic vessels and blood vessels. Results The blood vessels and lymphatic vessels under the light microscope showed positive reaction to fibronectin, making the walls of blood vessels and lymphatic vessels brown. While the reaction of type IV collagen positive blood vessels, blood vessels showed a continuous dark brown; lymphatic vessels were weak or no reaction, not brown, only show the color after counterstaining, the nucleus was blue, pale endothelial cells gray. Conclusion This method can objectively identify blood vessels and lymphatic vessels
