日本爱媛大学医学部耳鼻喉科教研室自1978年以来,通过5年基础及临床研究,1984年8月7日在世界上首次进行了人工中耳的半植入手术。植入型人工中耳是用电子元件把电声信号变换为物理振动,直接驱动听小骨,使听力恢复的一种人工装置。半植入型人工中耳是将振动部件和连接线圈植入体内,信号是从体外通过电磁诱导传达,装置的体外部分由拾音器、增幅器、电池和连接线圈构成,此部分均放在耳背式助听器的小盒内。半植入型人工中耳的适应症:(1)无炎症或炎症能控制耳,对侧耳亦有中度以上耳聋;(2)骨导听力损失

Implanted artificial middle ear is the use of electronic components to transform the electro-acoustic signal into physical vibration, direct drive to the ossicles, so that a hearing recovery of artificial devices.
