学术支持服务是图书馆服务拓展的一个方向。本文分析了南洋理工大学图书馆、墨尔本大学图书馆和莱斯特大学图书馆的创新服务举措,总结了国外大学图书馆学术支持服务的成功经验,即重视服务的可持续发展、提供卓越的服务保障、探索服务模式的多维度、倡导合作和伙伴关系、注重用户体验和评估。最后就我国高校图书馆开展学术支持服务提出了具体建议。
Academic support service is one direction of library service development. This article analyzes innovative service initiatives of the Nanyang Technological University Library, the University of Melbourne Library and the University of Leicester Library, sums up the successful experience of academic support services in foreign university libraries, that is, attaches importance to the sustainable development of services and provides excellent service Support, explore multidimensional service models, advocate cooperation and partnership, and focus on user experience and assessment. Finally, it puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to carry out academic support service in our university library.
