调研了厦门市火烧屿、漳浦县古雷镇杏子村和泉州市肖厝村洋屿等近岸海水网箱养殖大黄鱼的水质因子、养殖管理以及细菌性疾病 ,并从患病大黄鱼的体表、鳃、肠以及血液中分离细菌 .根据形态和生理生化特性的检测鉴定及回归感染结果表明 :诱发 1998年春夏闽南地区养殖大黄鱼病害的主要病原是溶藻弧菌 .在 51种药物的药敏试验中 ,病原菌对氟哌酸、氯霉素等 12种药物高度敏感 ,对环丙沙星等 13种药物中度敏感 ,对万古霉素等 2 6种药物不敏感 .
