采用有限元方法研究了考虑内压影响的局部轴压作用下钢筒仓屈曲应力。考察了内压、局部轴压分布角及径厚比等因素对钢筒仓屈曲应力的影响。将内压与局部轴压作用下钢筒仓屈曲应力的分析结果与现有规范中关于内压与均匀轴压作用下钢筒仓屈曲应力的计算结果相比较,发现现有规范公式不能准确计算内压与局部轴压作用下钢筒仓的屈曲应力。在参数分析的基础上,提出了相应的考虑内压影响的局部轴压作用下钢筒仓屈曲承载力计算公式。经验证,该公式与有限元分析结果吻合较好。
The buckling stress of the steel silo under local axial pressure considering the effect of internal pressure was studied by finite element method. The effects of internal pressure, distribution angle of local axial pressure and diameter-thickness ratio on the buckling stress of steel silos were investigated. Comparing the analysis results of buckling stress of steel silos under internal pressure and local axial pressure with the calculation results of buckling stress of steel silos under internal pressure and uniform axial pressure in the existing code, it is found that the existing formula can not be accurately calculated Buckling stress of steel silos under internal pressure and local axial pressure. Based on the parameter analysis, a corresponding formula for calculating buckling capacity of steel silos under partial axial pressure is proposed. It is verified that the formula is in good agreement with the finite element analysis.
