神经胶质瘤预后较差,化疗是其重要的辅助治疗手段之一,然而效果不理想,肿瘤耐药是影响化疗效果的重要原因。DNA修复蛋白O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA-甲基转移酶(O6-methyl guanine-DNA-methyltrasferase,MGMT)在肿瘤耐药中的机制比较明确,而MGMT的表达与MGMT基因的甲基化状态呈密切相关。本文总结相关研究的进展,就MGMT基因甲基化状态与脑胶质瘤化疗的关系进行综述,为实现肿瘤个体化、预见性治疗提供理论依据。

This article summarizes the progress of the related research, summarizes the relationship between the methylation status of MGMT gene and the chemotherapy of glioma, and provides a theoretical basis for the realization of individualized and predictive treatment of cancer.
